Wen Teoh, MBA
Wen is the principal consultant at Good Point Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in strategic leadership, business startups, project management, and operations across various sectors, Wen brings a wealth of expertise to her consulting practice. She began her career in the tech sector, developing a strong foundation in system implementation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration as a project lead in the financial industry.
As a serial entrepreneur, Wen co-founded two businesses, honing her skills in business operations and management. Within the first year, her startup secured key deals with multinational companies, positioning it as a key player in the market. This entrepreneurial journey has provided her with deep insights into resource management, priority setting, and adaptability—skills she now leverages to help her clients grow and scale their businesses.
For over a decade, Wen has been a driving force in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, playing a pivotal role in securing millions in funding and empowering entrepreneurs through inclusive, community-focused programs. Her leadership has notably increased the participation of underrepresented groups, particularly young women, in entrepreneurship.
Wen is well-versed in lean startup methodology and human-centred design thinking – two proven approaches to problem-solving and developing new, efficient and innovative solutions. She integrates these frameworks into her consulting practice to help clients achieve innovation excellence.
